Sea Salt is celebrating its 15th anniversary this November. After running award winning restaurants in Washington DC, Ingrid and her husband Chef Fabrizio Aielli decided to take their talents to Southwest Florida in 2008, opening Sea Salt as the first of today 4 Aielli Group restaurants in Naples, FL.

Since then the restaurant has been a stable in the culinary landscape of Naples and deeply rooted in the community through the philanthropic efforts of the Aiellis. The restaurants social responsibility will be an essential part of the 15th anniversary celebration in November called:
"15 Years of Dining - 15 Years of Giving".

From November 1st to November 16th, Sea Salt will not only highlight and bring awareness to 15 local charities but also donate parts of the proceeds of the sales during that time. Every day will highlight one charity, showcasing their cause:
