BOH Positions

The Aielli Group is looking for multiple BOH positions.  Ideal candidates will have a love for cooking and creating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. The various BOH positions will prepare food according to recipe standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, portions, garnishing and presentation standards.

To be a successful BOH culinarian, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food and safety regulations.
