Chef Aielli’s philosophy is to blend simplicity with the very best fresh ingredients in a menu that changes daily. Sea Salt uses products of the highest quality that are prepared and presented in a unique way, while creating a warm, welcoming local environment that results in a truly memorable dining experience.

Our contemporary seafood cuisine is prepared from the finest seasonal, organic and sustainable ingredients that come directly from local farmers and day boat fisherman whenever possible. Chef Aielli continually works on challenging his staff to ensure that a visit to his restaurant is always a refreshing and memorable experience.

Barbatella in Old Naples: a restaurant that will grow on you in the same way that the leaves and branches of a grapevine develop out of a shoot: a barbatella.

Imagine the rustic landscapes of the Italian regions, each one with its own identity defined by its cuisine. Barbatella offers an extensive menu that incorporates fresh interpretations of authentic dishes from many of these regions. Our ingredients are Mediterranean in origin and global in connection. They give flavors to our menu that will lift your spirits and tease your taste buds.

Barbatella has a beautiful courtyard setting with views along historic Third Street South. Inside the restaurant are casual and relaxed dining rooms with brick floors and wood accents, one of which holds the pizza oven and custom gelato counter that enliven the decor. There is a twenty-seat bar that features over 30 wines available by the glass, and over 100 wines available by the bottle.


Dorona opened its doors in 2018 as one of 5 restaurants under the Aielli Group Banner. The dynamic philanthropic duo Chef Fabrizio and his wife Ingrid Aielli, extended their culinary portfolio with this modern Italian Steakhouse in Naples, FL.

Dorona not only features the finest custom cuts of beef available from select (and ONLY sustainable) farms but also gives the dining experience an Italian touch through signature dishes and ingredients from the Aielli’s homeland.

If you want to savor a Jackman Wagyu “Kobe Style” NY Strip, a 30+ days aged bone-in Ribeye or prefer to feast with your friends on a 160 Oz Bone-In Chateaubriand for 4, this steakhouse will satisfy any steak lover’s cravings.


Grappino, the latest addition to the Aielli restaurant group, opened in December 2019. Rooted in tradition, Grappino pairs simple Italian comfort food inspired by chef/owner Fabrizio Aielli's Venetian roots with a showcase of over 100 Grappa varieties making it one of the largest Grappa bars in the country.

The menu offers a variety of options from charcuterie, salads, bruschette, risotti and fritture as well as various shapes of pasta and different sauces for diners to make their own pasta-sauce combinations. Grappino also features Roman-style pan pizza, which is 80% hydration encompassing 24-hour cold-aged dough designed to be lighter, crispier & easier for digestion.

The restaurant was originally designed by the award-winning Suzanne Costa Interiors. The Aielli’s added a fun touch of Venice to the unique Naples Cottage design. The walls and ceilings showcase vibrant Murano glass balloons handcrafted by Venice based artist Fabiano Amadi.
