We are proud to announce a collaboration with Pasquale Palamaro, the executive chef of the 5-star hotel Albergo Regina Isabella, located on the Italian island of Ischia. The Italian chef will be hosting a four-course chef dinner on January 15th at Sea Salt at 6.30pm.
This event is part of Chef Palamaro’s promotional tour in the United States, showcasing the hotel and its three restaurants, one of them the well known Indaco Restaurant. This culinary hotspot received the Michelin Star in 2013, recognizing Chef Palamaro’s talent and passion for utilizing the region’s ingredients and presenting them in an appealing way to his guests.
The menu for the evening will look as follows:
“Aculei di mare su salsa di mozzarella e bottarga di muggine”
Sea urchin on mozzarella sauce and mullet roe
“Fagottelli farciti con carbonara, gamberi rossi e arancia”
Stuffed pasta with Carbonara sauce, red prawns and orange
“Filetto di spigola al pepe verde, cavoli, broccoli e caviale di aceto balsamico”
Sea bass fillet with green pepper, cabbage, broccoli and balsamic vinegar caviar
“Omaggio alla Regina Margherita”
Homage to the Queen Margherita
